Ben is a postdoctoral researcher working in Dugald Reid's lab at La Trobe University. His current research focuses on the application of bioinformatic methodologies to identify key genes and pathways in legume crops for the enhancement of nitrogen fixation in legume crops, complementing research around the production of soybean and cowpea mutants.
